The following Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between You and QnA International, the organisers for DWP Congress.

The Familiarization (FAM) Trip associated with DWP Congress 2025 is administered and operated exclusively by the Jordan Tourism Board. The Jordan Tourism Board is the sole organizer and operator of the DWP Congress 2025 FAM Trip – this includes all logistical arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries related to the pre- and post-DWP Congress trip. 

QnA International acts solely as the promoter of this ancillary event. QnA International is not liable for, nor is it involved in, the planning, management, or execution of the FAM Trip. Any inquiries, requests, or concerns regarding the FAM Trip must be directed to the Jordan Tourism Board. In case of any change or update to the FAM trip, it will be communicated to you over your registered email.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be attendees of DWP Congress 2025 and should have completed their registration before signing up for FAM trip.
• Participants must be at least 21 years of age
• Right to participate is at the sole discretion of the organizers
• Accompaniments are not allowed unless they are registered to attend DWP Congress
• The Fam Trip is not open for Suppliers and Partners
• Fam Trip is exclusively for Registered Wedding Planners

2. Registration Process

• Registration does not guarantee participation
• Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• Organizers reserve the right to accept or decline any registration
• Complete and accurate information must be provided during registration

3. Costs and Expenses

• The organiser covers the FAM trip participants accommodations, meals, activities, transportation during trip as per the itinerary shared by Jordan Tourism Board.
• The DWP Congress Attendee registering for the Jordan FAM trip assumes responsibility for all personal expenses associated with the FAM Trip, which may include, but are not limited to, visa fees, travel insurance, extra meals, airport transfers, international flights, and any other incidental expenses not expressly stated in the itinerary provided by Tweet World Travel.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be received in writing minimum of 15 working days prior to trip
• Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• No-shows will be charged  the trip value of individual participant.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Valid passport required for international travel (with 6 months validity)
• Travel insurance strongly recommended
• Compliance with all local laws and regulations
• Appropriate conduct throughout the trip
• Participation in scheduled activities is expected

6. Liability

• Organizers not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property
• Participants assume all risks associated with travel activities
• Organizers not responsible for itinerary changes due to circumstances beyond control
• Participants must sign additional liability waiver if required

7. Media Release

• Organizers may use photos/videos for promotional purposes
• Participants grant permission for use of their image
• Option to opt-out of media coverage must be provided

8. Code of Conduct

• Professional behavior expected at all times
• Respect for hosts, fellow participants, and locals required
• Substance abuse will not be tolerated
• Organizers may remove participants for inappropriate behavior at participant’s expense

9. Post-Trip Requirements

• Participants may be required to complete evaluation form
• Future participation may depend on fulfilling requirements

10. Agreement

• Submission of registration constitutes acceptance of these terms
• Terms may be updated at organizers’ discretion
• Participants bound by terms and conditions in effect at time of travel
